OnlinePackageFinder has established the following policy to address copyright infringement in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
Procedure for Submitting a DMCA Notice
To submit a DMCA Notice, please provide the following information: (1) a signature of an authorized person acting on behalf of the copyright owner; (2) identification of the copyrighted material being infringed; (3) sufficient details to enable OnlinePackageFinder to locate the allegedly infringing material; (4) contact information of the notifier, including full name, address, phone number, and email address; (5) a statement affirming that the notifier has a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement made under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that the notifier is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
OnlinePackageFinder’s Policy
OnlinePackageFinder follows a policy of promptly removing access to infringing material. We will notify the individual who submitted the infringing material of its removal and will take appropriate action against repeat offenders.
Procedure for Submitting a Counter-Notice
If you believe that OnlinePackageFinder has mistakenly removed material that is not infringing, you may submit a counter-notice providing sufficient information to demonstrate that the removal was made in error.
